@OP, when someone steals your credit card info you don't go notify the vendors it was used at, you need to get in touch with your credit card company and put and stop to it.

@Emile1,

Public Mobile is a prepaid service without call centre.

If you are a PIONEER customer (before January 27, 2015), you can dial *611 from your mobile and have your issue fixed by phone.

If not, for your billing issue, you have to send an email to Public Mobile.

How to send an email ?

Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

  - Choose ""

  - Choose ""

  - Choose "

Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

Hello,

Access your online selfserve account, and remove your credit card on file. At the very least, disable auto-pay.

If want to see if the unauthorized user used your credit card to purchase any add-ons, check Usage History and Payment History.

What I do not understand if, if the unauthorized user does not have your phone plus PIN when calling *611, or your username and password for login purposes, how can PM assist you?

It's your credit card company which you should contact, especially because there are no possible overages with PM. Everything must be paid for before the requested service can be used.
