I'm a new user, I can't login to my account on the app, after selecting the option "login" it takes me to a blank page.

Were you already charged for the plan yet?
If you were already charged and can't get the app to work to finish activation, you will need to contact customer service agent as described earlier.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

I haven’t finished the activation yet. I was asked to download the app and log in, but I’m unable to access my account.

Hello @Najia
If you are using an iPhone, please delete the app and reinstall it. If you're using an Android, go into the app settings and first clear the cache. Then clear the data. Then reboot and then log back in. This should resolve it.

Is your service working fine? successful activation? Have you tried on the website to login?
You could delete the app. Re-install and see whether that helps.
