the problem is i can't login to my account using my email . try everying i can like forget password and it has erroe message

Your account number is available in self service under the Profile tab. Did you try The Forgot your password link? Clear browser cache and go incognito.

To log in you need your email and password. Account number is not used to log in.
When you get in:
Click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye and account will be revealed.
