Cannot set up account

When I try to create my account with my public mobile number I get sent a verification number and when I type it in I just keep getting sent another. I have tried using a different browser and this issue keeps happening

@julijeli   did you activate the account in store?  If yes, then your PM Self-serve account still needs to be setup.

 

I suggest to open a ticket with CS Agent and ask them to check or assist in this case since you still cannot receive the code.  Send a private message to CS Agent here:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Did you follow proper new account activation?

Or you already have PM service but only need to create self-serving account?

@julijeli  that is like a loop...can you try opening a tab in incognito mode? Or try using a totally different device?

 

Also, just checking have you activated a Public Mobile SIM card, so you have a PUblic mobile number now?..although, i guess you couldn't get the verification number sent to your number if you were not.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance to help set up your account.

Can you try clearing your browser cache/ history and then open a new window in incognito. Use chrome.
