I cannot send or receive text messages on my other account. Because of this I cannot sign in to create a support ticket because I cannot verify my account via text code because I cannot get texts. I haven't logged in since the new EverSafe setup and am now stuck. If this cannot be fixed I will have to cancel my account.
Can someone please contact me to help me with my other account? I have restarted the phone, cleared cache and data of the google messages app.

Managed to log in to the account I'm having issues with (This one). Unable to create a ticket because the link is giving an error. Trying to PM as Handy1 said. Hopefully this can be fixed.

@Karen59 Have you tried rebooting the phone or resetting network settings and se did that helps . Is it possible for you to try the SIM card in another phone to test services

I checked the outage map and there is no outage showing in my area. I topped up my account and added extra funds. I don't know what's going on.

I'm having the same problem. I used email to get the security code to get into m account but I don't know what to do next. Cannot send or recieve texts or calls. Says I'm not on the network but I've had this phone for years.

@Mander Hit resend a few times or put in wrong code . Do you not get an option for email instead ? But to reach support you need to engage them . Here’s how
