I checked the outage map and there is no outage showing in my area. I topped up my account and added extra funds. I don't know what's going on. 

I'm having the same problem. I used email to get the security code to get into m account but I don't know what to do next. Cannot send or recieve texts or calls. Says I'm not on the network but I've had this phone for years. 

I am having the same problem! I cannot recieve or send texts and I cannot call or recieve any calls.
