I recently switched to the OnePlus fold and can't figure out how to send or receive photos or files from IPhone users

Make sure you have mobile data turned on. The rest is up to the iPhone users to make sure they have MMS enabled.

Reset the Network setting on your OnePlus phone and see if that works.

hi @Beenda but you can send pictures to Android users?
Sending pictures on Android is MMS. It works the same way when you send to Android and iPhine users. There is also RCS that works on both Android and iPhone but not all iPhines users have RCS enabled
and if you have trouble sending MMS, try Reset All Networks on your phone
