New user here, the new sim card is not able to join the Public Mobile network so I cannot receive the authentication number that is sent to my cell phone number. My online accound confirms that the subscription is activated. I restarted and reinstalled the sim card multiple times without success.

same situation. I suspect defected SIM card now. I bought SIM from amazon.

We are stuck in the same situation. We do not get the above screen. It just keeps routing us back to the send code screen. I am waiting for Public to get back to me. They have provided several fixes none of which have worked. Very frustrating.

@ArexRuu , are you saying that your phone is not connecting to the network despite the account being in active status. Please confirm from the profile tab that the SIM card number recorded in the account matches up to the information printed on the SIM card. If you have another phone, perhaps try the SIM card in that phone. It is possible that your phone might be having problems reading the SIM card.

If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.
