Hello,
Since about 1 week, I cannot make call or receive call.
When I try to make a call on my iPhone I just het a retry button, no dial tone, no fast busy signal.
When someone try to call me, there is no ring neither any voice message. The line just hang up.
I cam receive text message (at least the verification code sent by Public Mobile when logging in).
Here is what I have tried :
- Rebooting the iPhone
- Updating it to latest iOS version
My account is active and I have not reached any limits on it. In fact it show 0 out of 100 mins used.
The phone say it is connected to Public Mobile network on LTE.
Anything else I can try or the issue is coming on your side?
Thanks,
Rejean

@rejeandeland does data work?
it does sound like it could be a PM issue, just not sure if it is an local issue. would be nice if you can test it in another area if you are going out today
or you can open ticket with PM support and see if they can reset the account and fix the issue:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Hello,
Its an iPhone 8, I just tried swapping the sim card in another phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max) and it doesn’t work either so the issue is not related to the phone itself.
When I switch the phone on 3G network and trying to call, I get a female voice sating 6UM1, the number you are trying to reach does not exist even if the number do exist.
Seems that the problem is on Public Mobile side.

which version of iPhone is that?
Try VoLTE.
iPhone: Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Voice & Data, enable 4G or LTE there
If that does not work, try to change the Preferred network to 3G and see if you can make and receive calls
If still does not work, try your phone in a different area, or try your PM sim card on a different phone
