I reset my password multiple times. It says there’s an error when I try to login.
I had service up until three days ago, I can’t get into my account I need to update my payment info because my card was lost and the number changed.

please try reset password and then login all using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

And if the payment day is around and you cannot wait further, please buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and then load the voucher using *611. Load the voucher before renewal date to avoid service interruption

Updating credit card is a mess has been since last year . If you’re in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load it *611 to resume service right away . Of course you can always port out to a reliable carrier also so many choices

go to Shell gas and buy payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add 'em to your account and Resume service. Deal with credit card issue at your leisure.
