Cannot create ticket

I have tried all three methods: 

1) "Verify My Account Credentials" - Neither community account or normal sign in does not work, I have no other public mobile account.

2) "Verify with my 4-digit Account PIN" - no PIN works here. 

3) "Can't verify" - I enter the account number but there is no check mark next to it. It also does not allow you to enter any letters/characters for "Last Add-On purchased" and hitting submit doesn't do anything.

I have tried going to the private messages link but there is nothing to click on and no messages, so that doesn't work either - https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

It's outrageous how difficult it is to contact support. I had been putting up with the awful internet speeds due to the price, but as soon as I have just 1 small issue, it becomes a huge thing because it's impossible to contact support to get it resolved, it's ridiculous. 

What are the other options? There must surely be SOME way to contact support.

@Hshelton  - is your PRIVATE Message option DISABLED?  You may be missing the setting for private messaging.

 

  • Go to your Community Avatar.
  • My Settings
  • Preferences
  • Private Messenger TAB
  • CHECK the "Turn on Private Messages"

If you had to check the box, now you should be able to send/receive private messages.

Worst case you should be able to just click on the envelope in the top right and then on compose message and manually enter CS_Agent

Provided link to send message directly to agent definitely work. I just tried...

You might try to use different browser but link is valid.

@Hshelton That's strange. I click on your link and the proper window opens (see below). I am on a desktop, you? Have you tried a new browser or cleared your cache?

1. go to on CS Agent Profile using this link:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437

2 Then click "Send a message" button on the top

3. then compose your message and click Send Message
