Hi all,
I changed my plan for the new period of time, and I received a voicemail message from a call that I missed. But the problem is, every time I try to connect to the voicemail, it shows an error page:
What is wrong with my account and how can I call my voicemail? Establishing a connection is not possible at all.

Thank you for this. I had the same problem. Calling my own number was the quick fix and rebooting brought everything back to normal with the automatic voice mail calling from the voice mail icon.

Instead of calling voicemail directly have you tried dialing your own Phone Number? That also calls Voicemail.

How are you calling into your voicemail? There's no visual voicemail on PM. Long press 1 on your dial pad.

Dumb question. Have you tried rebooting the phone?
Also, go into settings, network settings, uncheck Automatic and pick Public Mobile. Then reboot the phone. Let us know if it worked.
