hi @Sammy2011 just one Rogers number? try reboot phone or add 1 to the number to dial

@Sammy2011 - if you just ported over a number from another provider or activated with a number, this may be temporary.
Try restarting your phone or perform a reset of the network settings.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA to see if they can help.

@Sammy2011 this could be your problem but could also be your friend's. did you just joined PM or your friend just ported the number?
