Every time I press •611 on my phone to activate the pin it always says pin cannot be activated. Can you help with this as I just purchased it but can’t use my phone

The only PIN PM requires is if you want to pay with voucher.
Some vouchers require wait period of 24 hours.

@TBailey Some vouchers need to wait 24 hours after purchased to be loaded on to account ,, might have to wait till tomorrow to Add on to your account

@TBailey and if the voucher you got was longer than 24 hours, please open ticket with PM suppor tfor them to check

@TBailey are you talking about voucher PIN?
Where you got the voucher from and when you got the voucher? Vouchers from some stores could take as long as 24 hours for it to active
If you are not in a rush, please wait the full hour before trying again
