Cannot activate SIM card and Cannot sign in to existent account

Hello, 

 

I tried to make a new phone number with a new SIM card but I cannot activate that with all of my credit cards. I can use my credit card well on another site so I'm not sure what the wrong is. Please check that issue. 

 

Again, I cannot sign in to my existing account as well. Please let me know a temporary password to sign in to my account and reset my password.

If you are having problems accessing your account. Clear cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser.

 

If you have an account already, you can change your number without activating a new SIM. Just go to your Profile section and click on Change Phone Number.

 

If your account is closed due to non-payment for over 90 days then you need activate the new SIM.

 

Contact a CS_Agent if you are having issues in login to your account if it is less than 90 days.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

For the new phone new sim card, are you trying to activate new line ?  if you are, try using  Incognito mode to access the activation porting after waiting an hour
