It's a monthly plan, which was topped up last week, on April 13. There's a serious outage happening. Please look into this, we are not the only ones.

Did you add balance to your account last week, and the plan just renewed now, or did it renew last week; followed by you having full service, leading up to it suddenly stopping?
Have you had any issues with this prior to now?
