To my knowledge, you can’t do this. A moderator may be able to do this from their end (maybe @CS_Agent can confirm), but as far as I know, they’ll always be able to leave a message after you block them.
In this case, a moderator may be able to update your SIM card if you send them a message ( @CS_Agent ), but if this isn’t possible you’ll have to “start from scratch” and sign up again with a new phone number.
