Hi i lost my phone, i got a new sim card i want to transfer my number . how can i do that

In this case, a moderator may be able to update your SIM card if you send them a message ( @CS_Agent ), but if this isn’t possible you’ll have to “start from scratch” and sign up again with a new phone number.

i dont have the self serve account. i didnt make it before and now since i lost the sim i cant make a new account

This can be done through your self-serve account.
Login through the website, then under “My Profile”, choose “Change SIM Card”
From there, you can enter your new SIM card number. Please note that it may not work instantly, and you may have to restart your phone to activate it properly. Also be aware that this can only be done if your account is still active. If it has been deactivated due to long periods of inactivity, you’ll have to re-sign up.
