I've ported many times before, but this is the first time I've tried to and the account number is said to be wrong. I go thru the motions on Koodo port page and when I try to enter the account number for my son's PM account number it says it is wrong...
My account is active but I've been receiving this message sporadically all morning. Anyone know why??  
I have been trying to reconnect my Koodo account and I noticed Public and Koodo have the same customer service number. How can I differentiate between them?  PS I love Public, Koodo is an alternate from before.
