You may want to then contact moderator for help. Click on question mark on right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to get moderator help. 

@CrazyFairy79  That looks like there might be a network issue in your area. Power down your device remove the sim and wait 15 minutes. Reinsert your sim in the device and power up. If it's still doing it time to report it to PM.

If it was hardware it wouldn't say it was turned off by my operator. It would say no sim. I've tried that. Before any of this. Now it's just frustrating.

Maybe try the SIM card in another phone to determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

And it didn't work 😭 still getting the no data signal.

@CrazyFairy79  did you try restarting your phone?  Sometimes thats all it takes to fix a weird problem

This is what I have. It isn't making sense to me.

@Dunkman  I did check before I messaged. I have 5GB plus 1GB bonus.  To this date I have used just under 900MB. 

But even if I did run out it wouldn't keep coming on and going off again.

Is it possible that you ran out of data?  

 

If you don't see the data counter in your add on section on our overview page, that means you ran out of data
