Rewards not adding up

I’m new to PM. My rewards are $10 referral bonus when I signed up, $2 auto pay, and $1 refer a friend but my total available credits says $12. My math says it should be $13.

@PatD  You are correct and it depends on when your referral signed up. Does the referral show up under rewards when you access selfserve? If yes, and it's been more than 30 days that the referral reward hasn't been applied then report it to PM.

The refer-a-friend $1 reward will be applied on your renewal day as long as your referee is still with PM.  You will not get your $1 reward if your referee account status is expired/suspended OR cancelled before your renewal day.
