I just received my SIM card, and I have the app is not even allow me to login to to activate my SIM.
Details of the problem:
- I open the app, click log in
- Browser appear to enter my credential of eversafe
- Back to the app and then nothing happens.
-- Some time it show "Some then went wrong, please try again"
-- Some time the Login button even did not let me click.
-- I have 2 times successfully loged in to the account but now it cannot anymore.

I even tried on 4 different phones, both iPhone and Android.

@eddieO yeah I tried to clear data of the app couple of times, but still didn't work.

@TheodoreMrcTheo if you have android phone try clearing data/cache and then go back into the Public Mobile app. If you have iphone try uninstalling the app, restart your phone then reinstall the app. If the problem still continues you will need to contact CS agent by clicking the small orange round circle in the bottom right corner

look like you will need support to help to update the sim card number and check with the account login problem
