Can I please have my koodo number ported? It won't let me finish activation until then.

@NateDoge_ you need to use the public mobile app to activate not website . Do you have Koodo pre paid or Koodo post paid ? If post paid you will have option to transfer the number after you make payment . If Koodo pre paid you need to first activate picking temp PM phone number then ask support to transfer the Koodo number over for you

what error you got?
and if you try to ported from Koodo Prepaid service, you have to port using a different way. You have to get a temp number first, then open ticket wtih PM support and ask them to help to port the number over here
