Two days ago I requested Public Mobile to port my number to another carrier. This was done successfully, however now when I try to login to my Public Mobile account I am immediately redirected back to the Public Mobile homepage - with no warnings or errors. I have tried resetting my password, using different browsers and computers, and using the Public Mobile app.
This is frustrating as I am only trying to login to my Public Mobile account to delete it and ensure I do not receive any more charges.
Is there any way for me to contact Public Mobile and request an account deletion?

Ahh I did not know this! I really wish they had sent an email to confirm this!

HI @public34 no need to frustrated, this is normal
once ported, your account is closed and you won't be able to login anymore
the fact that you cannot login now is a good sign that everything is working as it should
just pay attention at your card and should be good, PM won't charge you again.
Just in case they do, you can message support agent for help
