I changed providers and ported my number. However, I didn't get a chance to turn off my autopay and now Public has blocked me from accessing my old account. How do I contact someone to remove my payment info?

When you port out of PM, your account is closed automatically and you can't login anymore.
If you want to have your credit card information removed totally from your account.,.
Either send a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket.

@Deni1 Once porting is completed, your account is closed and hence you cannot login My Account again
PM won't charge you again. So, no worry. For peace of mind, just monitor the credit card, but it should be all good
