I want to cancel my subscription but I haven’t activated my eSIM yet so I don’t seem to have access to My Payments in my account. How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are unable to receive 2FA text, you can sometimes get 2FA email instead (click on didn't receive code) and access your self service account and then turn off subscription in payment section.

Have your card been charged?
To cancel service:
- Port to another provider
- Declare phone lost/stolen. After 90+ days of no pay your account will be deleted
- Go to Payments. Toggle 'Subscribed' to off. After 90+ days of no pay your account will be deleted

If you haven’t activated the eSIM or SIM then you haven’t created an account nor you haven’t been changed.
You will only subscribe if you have completed to step 6 (activate section) and charged.
