Once your account accumulates 15 points, you can go to your rewards sections and purchase $15 bill credit for 15 points. Then within a few hours, you will get that $15 credit in your available funds.
Via your self service account, go to rewards section and click on check rewards. Then you can see your points total and potential purchase $15 credit.
