I got a sim card from London Drugs a while ago. I didn't male an online account, and now I don't know how to cancel the plan.
Please help!

@simonc06 this is NOT Public Mobile you are referring
Public mobiel has NO phone number to call or email to send to
There is absolutely NO early termination fee and there is no remaining balance to pay. Public Mobile is Prepaid, you can walk away any time

You can pause the credit card that sees the charges from here on the night of your renewal. That will stop it from renewing. You can call 611 from the phone with the sim in it or call 1-855-4pu-blic from another phone to get the renewal date. From about 8pm eastern until about 11am eastern the next day, pause the card.

@Mihaelakerti and if you have not setup the My Account login , then you have to open ticket with PM Support so, you can complete the disable Pre-Authorized payment step
to open ticket with PM support for creating access to My Account

@Mihaelakerti @Loggin into self serve and go to payment table and disable auto pay , or if you port your number out your pm account willl close automatically… but you need to keep pm account active to port the number so don’t cancel it if you want to port this number

Did you activate at home or at the store (before the middle of July 2012)?
To remove any payment card from your Public Mobile account, you will need to use the chatbot to open a ticket. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
When your plan fails to renew due to lack of payment, your accout will close 90 days later.

@Mihaelakerti just want to confirm, you didn't just get the sim card but you activated a PM account there?
To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can also login to My Account and go to Payment page -> Manage Payment Method, and then disable Pre-Authorized payment. PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
