I had ordered a new SIM card along with signing up for the minimum 15.00 a month plan for my father. I was charged the 10.00 for the SIM along with the 15.00 monthly fee; I hadn’t even set up a phone or a phone number to this sim and I have been charged and zero usage since there wasn’t even a phone number set up. My sister has since set up another account to this SIM number, I want to cancel this account since I am not charged again for something I haven’t even used.

You're not the only one requesting cancellations. Many people are having problems because Public Mobile has serious glitches and nobody is fixing these glitches. I can't even receive verification code to log into my account and cancel it. It's ridicolous. It's not worth it.
