You have to wait when you “can” log in account, then remove autopay (credit card). It will cancelled automatically after 90 days. Ya, very annoying when their system is down in this moment, we cannot do anything about our account.

Have you ported (moved) the number to another provider?
If so, you don't have to 'cancel', it'll occur automatically.

You cannot do anything today.
You have to log in to your account and remove autopay.
And you can report phone as lost/stolen and it will suspend your account immediately and close it after 90 days of no payment.
And all that when log in service gets restored...
In the mean time contact agent to remove your credit card from the file.

@Lara2 how you tried to cancel the service?
There arev2 ways:
1. port out the number to another provider, account will then closed upon completion of the porting
2. disable Pre-Authorized payments so PM cannot charge you on next renewal. Account will then be suspended and 90 more days, it will be formally closed
Please note My Account is now down and you cannot login at the moment. Try again tomorrow

@Lara2 When you can log in.. remove you credit card from auto payment.. … use what’s left of your service.. then just let it expire.. after 90 days account is closed and deleted
