Hello, I tried to switch to Public Mobile last Thursday and I received the eSIM.
But something went wrong, and I am still using Freedom Mobile.
I would like to cancel the transfer to Public Mobile and keep my Freedom Mobile service. PLEASE HELP ME. I want to talk to real person.

As noted in your other 5 posts about canceling your account.
You need to contact a CS_Agent to help you cancel and get a refund. Keep your eyes for a reply from an agent in the Messages section in your avatar top right.

for Prepaid, yes, there is no contract here
for your transfer, PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

@LinaPark Are you referring to the authorization message for porting into Public Mobile? If yes, you would receive this message request on your old phone provider so keep your old sim card in until then. PM is indeed prepaid so you are only ever in for 30 days at a time. Stop paying and your service stops.

Hello, I received a text message from Public Mobile with a phone number.
I spent more than 30 minutes calling that number, but they said they are Koodo Mobile and cannot help me.
Is this normal? I’m very confused about this situation.
I would like to cancel my Public Mobile service and request a refund.
I have spent a lot of time over the past week trying to resolve this, and I have experienced inconvenience with my phone service.

If you were not able to open an account then you have to send direct message to CS_Agent and ask for assistance. You cannot create a ticket without having an account.
