Why is it that i pay for a $20/month plan and then the second payement you guys are trying to take double it.

if you are talking about the 50% off plan, there is a system glitch for renewal. You will need PM support agent to sort it out
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

be aware that your plan renewal occurs every 30 days...not "monthly".
Could it be that one payment is pending and will fall off when it gets to your payment card. Please have a look at payment card transactions to confirm if 1 or 2 payments came out. If 2, then click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process to get Customer Support help.

@BrodySpurrell You are going to have to give a little more than this if you want an answer. Maybe screenshot your payment page with personal details covered. What plan are you on? No one can give you an answer with what you have given.
