If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.

@April1983 Are you setting up as a new customer? Are you using the Public Mobile app? It should be possible to get around the problems with a bit more information. Have you tried "didn't get the code" to log in by email or do you not get that option? If you can't log in you can contact customer service by private message using this link

If you can explain how far you have got with signing up but without personal info since it's not a private forum maybe we can help here before PM customer service opens (hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern). Or are you an existing customer and everything was working until this happened?
