My son ordered twice by accident. We cannot access the first phone number he received therefore we are unable to go in and cancel it. He did it again and now has a working number to his phone but I really need the first account canceled!

@Rickii , by chance did your son use the same email address in creating the second account? That would explain access problems to the first account. A relative went through the same issue recently and I had to step in to assist. The simplest way forward was to have to charges incurred for the first account credited to the second account. Make sure to have support remove the credit card on the first account just in case to prevent any future errant charges.
