@CS_Agent I've passed the final step for subscribing, but it just says that it isn't activated. I can't even go back a step to try and look at mistakes. I have a new SIM and it's not activating. Is there anything I can do?

hi @dogy you will need to ask support agent to help and confirm what was wrong with the activation
