In order to keep your number you have to open an account with different provider. Both accounts have to be active and then at other provider you request Porting of your PM number. After port request you have to keep PM SIM in your phone, reply Yes within 90 minutes and after porting is completed your PM account will be immediately closed.

so you want your number then port out to other company, and you have your account active in here to you can port out and you will getting SMS about port and you will reply yes ,, and before you do that remove your credit card from your account and after port out your account will be closed permanently.
but if you want your number then can't cancel service in here , and after 90 day you will losing everything account and phone number and SIM card.

@karingivetash1 - you can only keep your number if you port it to another provider. Is that what you are doing?
Or, if you list your phone into / lost stolen status you do not need to pay during this time. Just remember to reactivate it before the 90 days is up to keep our number and account.
There is no phone number. All help is online.

@karingivetash1 no need to call, they don't have a number anyway.
To keep your number, just activate un another provider and request porting the number from here

Hi @karingivetash1 just need to disable Pre-authorized payments and let the account suspends after this current cycle. You have 90 days to change your mind to reactivate or your account will be closed permanently

If you have enough funds to cover the next renewal @karingivetash1 then you can also list your phone into lost/stolen status. 90 days in this status (Suspended) will automatically close your account and you lose your number and access to self serve.
But if any card is registered on the account, it is recommended to remove it first before the account closes.

You'll have to have a Public Mobile rep remove your CC information from your account completely. Only they can remove it from your account.

The easiest way is to disable pre-authorized payments in your self service account (My account). Once your account is suspended for more than 90 days. Your account and phone number will be closed permanently.
If you want to remove your credit card information, you will need to contact customer service agent.

Remove auto pay
Remove your payment method
Your account will go into SUSPEND and after 90 days, it will close.

Remove any credit card info from your account and disable Autopay if you have it. When you port number to a new provider, your acct will close automatically.
