My payment for July just passed. Does this mean I have to wait another month even if I don't use it?
Is there any option to stop it immediately?

You will need to unsubscribe to your subscription. Then at your next renewal date, your account will be suspended. Once suspended over 90 days, then your PM account will be permanently closed and number lost.
