I would like to add this image to clarify my issue. I changed my subscription and see two charges ?

You used Change Now?? If you use Change Now , PM will charge you need plan amount again even the old plan just renewed earlier in the day
However, we seen PM refund the charge or roll back to the old plan if it was done unintentionally on the first day of plan change
Ask PM and they could help. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
