can i cancel my plan?
I can’t even activate my sim cause your app is not working. Also can’t cancel it by myself on webpage.

hi @DoyooParl
if you used the app and gone via the phone number selection/porting, you don't need to manually install the esim, the app would have installed it for you
can you check your phone's Sim Manager or Settings->Cellular and see if the Public Mobile sim is showing there? make sure that is enabled (enable Turn on this line option on iPhone) and showing as Primary. Better to remove the old carrier sim card as well or disable the old carrier esim

@DoyooParl Try uninstalling the app and re install it and when you opening the app up allow location services in and try again

if you haven't successfully created an account yet, use this link and message Customer Support. Ask them for help to activate...

I paid already all i have to do activate the esim but I can’t sign in on the app

Hit the envelope ✉️ in the bottom right corner and ask an agent to help you resolve your issue

depends on how far into the activation process you got...if you haven't paid yet, you haven't actually created an account yet either.
Why don't you give it another try. Scrap and delete the app you started and download another one. What part of the process were you at when it failed originally ?
