Seems like system has changed from last. Previously you could request a new plan for change at next renewal and if you did not want it you were able to cancel the change. How do we do it now or can we?

hi @Jb456 maybe is the famous cache problem? try using Incognito/private/secret mode to loginy Account and check again

@Jb456 - You can still, it is in the Subscriptions And Add-ons page. Also within the Manage Subscription on the Overview of the App you can cancel it also (As seen from these pictures)
And this on web:
Once it is past your renewal date you won't be able to switch back unless your plan is available.
Also it may renew at like 2:00 am EST so PST it will be like 11:00 am the day before.
