Sorry to see you leave.
Are you porting the Public Mobile number to another provider?
Since there are no refunds for any time left in a cycle, and if you are porting (moving) to another mobile provider, you may wish to wait until about 4-5 days before the end of your current cycle.
Once the port is complete, your Public Mobile service will permanently deactivate. It's always a good idea to remove any payment card which may be associated with the account prior to porting out.
Hope to see you back...

Hi @Eltrifan Great thing about PM is it is prepaid. You remove your payment card from system and your service will then suspended after your current cycle
or do you want to keep your phone number? If so, you can port your number to another provider. But you have to do it while your account is still active, ideally at least couple days before your current cycle. So, porting is another way to close the account

Hi @Eltrifan
remove your payment card (publicmobile.ca) → After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated,
- Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.

Remove your autopay. Your next renewal will fail and without payment your account will automatically cancel and be deactivated 90 days after that. Unless you want to keep your phone number then port it out and the account is immediately cancelled.

@Eltrifan , simply remove autopay and let the account go into suspension for 90 days and it will deactivate.
