My son is trying to cancel his service as he got a new phone/# from another provider. He cannot remember his login information/password. His current service gets billed to my credit card. Help please, can't seem to talk to anyone to handle the issue!

Have your tried the forgot password link to try to recover it? If that doesn't work a CSA will be able to give you access so you can shut off autopay and remove your card

Is the old sim still around? Or call 1-855-4pu-blic and enter the old phone number and get the renewal date. Then the evening before that date, log in to your credit card account and pause the card. Then turn it back on after noon the next day. That will suspend the account. Then as mentioned, 90 days later it will fully disappear.

When you gain access to son's account, remove autopay and remove credit card info.
In 90 days of no payment, hes account will be closed, number lost.
When you port number to other provider, account will be immediately closed. Still good idea to remove autopay and CC info.
You can suspend account clicking on lost/stolen phone.
