Canada US plan.

I just changed my plan to the Canada/US plan because we will be in Florida for 5 months. This morning I got a bit too close to the Canada/US border this morning and I received a text message from Public Mobile welcoming me to the US, and advising me that I have add-on options.

I’m concerned that there might be mess up when we do travel south.

This is the text I received.   Thank you!

I have the $50 Canada/US plan and I get that text every time I cross too. Just ignore it, as it doesn't apply to you.

@Hickory2014

you can just ignore that message once you have the Canada / US Plan.

Before going south, double check to ensure you have a cellphone that has volte enabled by Public Mobile. having volte turned on will make you calling experience seamless when in US.  Here's something to read before going south. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see if PM has chosen to enable your make / model phone.

Just make sure you connect to T-Mobile or AT&T network on your phone for roaming service in the US.

Most likely your phone picked up stronger US signal than Canadian.

If you have Can-USA plan your service should work in both countries so I see no reason to worry.
