Can you manage more than one account?

I would like to know if we can manage more than one account? I am paying for my children and wanted make it as one account.

So it is impossible to receive one bill for 2 phone numbers? (for 1 children and 1 adult)  It is correct that he have his account but for the payment I prefer being in charge rather than him choosing his plan

PM system can only take one email for one account.  So, please use another email to setup another account.  

Also, because of the cache problem, it is best to use  Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account with your different accounts

Unfortunately, unable to many more than one account with one sign in.  Each account/phone number needs own email address to login to self service.
