Can't purchase new SIM card because unable to update credit card info (because service is suspended?)

@Kylie701 You can buy new SIM card from Telus /koodo store or from Amazon $4.99 there right now . And then submit ticket with support to SIM card swap the number for you . Also you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume service . And when talking to support get them to update credit card info for you
