Why is my plan not working when I paid for my monthly plan it says I have 5 g data and unlimited call/text and nothing is working? How can I fix this

Same issue exactly that i have been having past couple weeks, however 1in every 3 times i call out it goes through.

Just to be sure it's not your phone, try your SIM in a different one, and, ideally a different SIM in yours.
If that fails, or you cannot do the testing, open a trouble ticket by contacting the CSAs.
- click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon.
- Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
- To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CSAs. Click: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
[I still think PM should be notified whenever service fails and payment has been made, EVEN IF manual payment succeeds ....... Luddite]

Try reinstalling your sim card and reboot your phone.
Edit... You might want to see if the sim card and plan works in another phone if you have one. To make sure the phone isn't the problem.

I have same issue... says i'm out of minutes... yet besides my unlimited $40 plan, i have an add on of 1000 minutes.
