US data roaming won’t connect

I bought the US roaming talk, text and 250mb of data. I’m in the US and it just says “E” and won’t connect to an actual data network. My data roaming is on, I’ve toggled it on and off multiple times, restarted my

phone, tried to manually connect to a network, turned on airplane mode, I feel like I’ve tried everything and still nothing. I contacted an agent yesterday but haven’t heard anything back yet. Anyone had this problem and had any luck getting it to connect? Thanks!

You did everything as we would suggest.

US is shutting down 3G network so I would not expect any connection. YOu should still get some voice on 2G though.
