I've submitted a ticket and waiting for answer. 

@JasperYang  Yes your correct you need to contact support to transfer number form Koodo prepaid and also you first have to create the PM account and activate PM sim with temp PM phone number if you haven’t already and this needs to be done on the app not website . But if you Have already  done all this then your almost there just use the link to contact support and get the number transferred

It says that prepaid koodo plans needs to contact support for porting. which is what i am doing right now. Didn't know it would take so long and be so complicated.

I was under the impression that some Koodo plans can't be ported over for some reason. Can't think at the moment the reason why. I'm sure it will come to me eventually.
