I have set the right APN but still cant send the picture. What is wrong? Can anyone help.

@zmh1175 - if your data option is turned on when sending /receiving MMS and APN is correct, try seeing if you have your chat features enabled (if Android user).
And if so, turn it off.

In order to send/receive MMS your DATA has to be set to ON. Sending/receiving will not use your data allowance, though.

HI @zmh1175 what kind of phone do you have? What model and brand of the phone?
Your Mobile Data is working without issue ? Just a problem with MMS?

Can you post screenshots of your APN settings from top to bottom.
Is your cell data turned on?
