Wednesday
Plan includes picture message. I have been unable to send/receive any, for incoming messages, it says failed to download.
I have tried all the following tricks: airplane mode on/off, report lost, connecting and reconnecting data, manual set carrier, restarting phone, clearing cache on browser.
None has worked.

Telus (PM) has retired some legacy servers and old phones from 2017 before will be affected
and check if you have these APN settings
